Malu teaches Heart of Yoga, which incorporates the 5 principles of yoga: the breath movement is the body movement, breath begins and end the movement, we inhale from above and exhale from below, the asanas create bandhas which are locks, and bandhas serve the breath, asana creates pranayama and pranayama allows for meditation. Malu teaches a free-flowing practice where the breath is the most important part of the practice.
